November 2026 Food Deals & Freebies

November always sneaks up on me. One minute I'm handing out Halloween candy, and the next I'm making a grocery list for Thanksgiving and wondering where my money went. The good news? November is one of the best months of the year for food deals. We've got National Sandwich Day, Veterans Day, Starbucks Red Cup Day, and a whole lot of holiday menus rolling out, plus the everyday app deals that keep going all month.

So I did the digging for you. I went through the chains, checked the dates, and pulled together the November 2026 deals that are actually worth your time. Let's walk through it week by week, then I'll share the ongoing deals and kids eat free spots you can lean on whenever you need them.

Kick Off the Month (Sunday, November 1 to Sunday, November 8)

The first week of November is busy in the best way. A bunch of chains are starting their holiday menus, and a few are giving away free stuff right out of the gate.

• Krispy Kreme: If you were one of the lucky 10,000 guests who got a Jack's Treat Dozen Pass on October 30 or 31, you can trade it in for a free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts with any purchase from November 1 through 14. Don't let it sit in your purse and expire!
• McDonald's: Starting Monday, November 2, you can get an $8 Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with medium fries and a drink at participating locations. Then on Tuesday, November 3, the holiday drinks land, including the Frosted Cranberry Splash and the new Cookie Butter Frappés.

This is one of my favorite food holidays of the year because the deals are actually good. A lot of these need a free rewards account, so sign up before Tuesday.
