Kroger Deals 10/28: $0.49 Finds & $0.99 Sale
Kroger's October 28–November 3 deals include $0.49 soup, two Talenti for $2.87, a buy-three Mega Event, and a separate buy-five $0.99 sale. Includes the October 28 fruit-snack clipping deadline and corrected General Mills basket math.
Kroger's October 28 breakdown includes Campbell's Protein Soup for $0.49 after Ibotta, two Talenti desserts for $2.87 after rebates and estimated rewards, and a mix-and-match $0.99 sale on pantry staples, drinks, and more. There is also a new buy-three Mega Event, so keep its purchase minimum separate from the five-item $0.99 promotion.

Clip the 20% fruit-snack coupon on October 28 if you want to use it. Once clipped, it can be redeemed through October 31, with a limit of five eligible items in one transaction (coupon details).
Before You Shop
- Weekly shopping window: This roundup covers the October 28–November 3 ad week. Individual coupons and rebates can expire earlier, especially the fruit-snack coupon on October 31.
- Weekly Digital Deals: Clip each matching store coupon before checkout. The listed weekly offers allow up to five uses in one transaction; check your account's exact terms.
- Buy-three Mega Event: Buy at least three participating Mega items to get the prices shown. Mix and match; without the minimum, the listed Mega items cost $2 more each (current Mega Event details).
- Separate buy-five $0.99 sale: Buy at least five products included in that promotion. Do not count a Mega product toward this separate minimum unless its offer explicitly qualifies for both.
- Coupon types matter: Weekly Digital store coupons are different from manufacturer digital coupons. Do not use two manufacturer coupons on the same item, and check rebate exclusions before combining offers.
- Rewards come later: Ibotta rebates and Fetch points do not reduce the register price. All totals below exclude tax.
- Check local eligibility: Prices, participating varieties, sizes, and rebate availability vary by store and account.
Apps and Coupons You'll Need
- Kroger: Clip the Weekly Digital coupons, the $1-off-two Birds Eye/Hunt's/RO*TEL offer, and the fruit-snack coupon if available on October 28.
- Ibotta: Activate the exact offers and confirm quantities and limits before buying.
- Fetch: Check the Talenti, General Mills, and fruit-snack offers. Dollar amounts below are estimated value toward a $5 Kroger gift card, not immediate cash.
- Printable coupons: Look for the $1-off-two Eggo coupon before shopping. The Kellanova coupon page is another place to check the brand's available printables.
Fetch redemption value can vary by reward and account. The General Mills basket assumes both separate Fetch offers apply and every listed product counts toward the relevant spending requirement.
Best Weekly Digital Deals
Clip the matching Weekly Digital coupon to get each starting price below. The separate Ibotta and Fetch steps then bring down the estimated net.
Campbell's Protein Soup
- Buy: One for $1.49 with the Weekly Digital Deal.
- Ibotta: Submit for $1 back.
- Net: $0.49.
Talenti Gelato, Sorbetto, or Layers
- Buy: Two eligible products at $3.49 each with the Weekly Digital Deal, $6.98 total.
- Ibotta: Submit for $3 back when you buy two.
- Fetch: Earn 750 points per eligible product, twice, for 1,500 points valued at $1.11.
- Estimated net: $2.87 for two, about $1.44 each.
Both purchases must qualify for the Ibotta pair offer, and Fetch must allow two redemptions. Buying one does not earn the listed $3-on-two rebate.
Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Lunchmeat, 7–9 oz
- Buy: One eligible package for $2.99 with the Weekly Digital Deal.
- Ibotta: Submit for $1.50 back.
- Net: $1.49.
Planters Salted Cocktail Peanuts, 16 oz
- Buy: Two at $1.99 each with the Weekly Digital Deal, $3.98 total.
- Ibotta: Submit for $1 back when you buy two.
- Net: $2.98 for two, $1.49 each.
More Weekly Digital Prices
These two deals need the Weekly Digital clip but have no additional rebate in this plan. Confirm the exact eligible product before checkout.
| Product | Weekly Digital Price |
|---|---|
| Ball Park Franks, 15 oz | $1.77 |
| Red Baron Frozen Pizza | $2.99 |
Regular Deals
These offers do not require either mix-and-match minimum. The Eggo coupon still requires two eligible packages.
Stur Water Enhancer
- Buy: One for $3.
- Ibotta: Submit for $2 back.
- Net: $1.
Eggo Waffles
- Buy: Two at $2 each, $4 total.
- Coupon: Use one $1-off-two printable, if available.
- Checkout and net: $3 for two, $1.50 each.
Mega Event: Buy Three or More
All prices in this section require at least three participating Mega items in the same transaction. You can mix brands and categories; you do not need three of the same product or an exact multiple of three.
| Deal | Purchase at Mega Price | Ibotta | Net |
|---|---|---|---|
| Progresso Pit Master Soup | 1 at $1.49 | $0.50 back | $0.99 |
| General Mills Cereal, qualifying varieties | 2 at $1.79, $3.58 total | $1 back on 2 | $2.58 for 2, $1.29 each |
| Chex Cereal, qualifying varieties | 3 at $1.99, $5.97 total | $1 back on 3 | $4.97 for 3, about $1.66 each |
| Stash Tea Bags, 20-count | 1 at $1.49 | $0.25 back | $1.24 |
| Quorn Meatless Chiqn or Grounds, 10.58 oz | 1 at $2.79 | $1.50 back | $1.29 |
| Land O'Frost Deli Shaved Lunchmeat, 9 oz | 1 at $1.49 | No rebate included | $1.49 |
Two General Mills cereals alone do not meet the Mega minimum. One Progresso soup plus two qualifying General Mills cereals would make three items: pay $5.07 and receive $1.50 Ibotta, for a $3.57 net.
The larger basket below is an alternative way to buy the soup and cereals. Do not count the same Ibotta redemptions again if you purchase those items in a smaller scenario first.
General Mills Fetch Basket: 15 Products
This basket combines five soups, five cereal boxes across two offers, and five fruit-snack boxes. It clears the three-item Mega minimum, but the final price depends on the exact fruit-snack coupon discount and your Fetch eligibility.
What to Buy
| Product | Quantity | Mega Price Each | Subtotal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Progresso Pit Master Soup | 5 | $1.49 | $7.45 |
| General Mills Cereal | 2 | $1.79 | $3.58 |
| Chex Cereal | 3 | $1.99 | $5.97 |
| Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks, listed 22-count variety | 5 | $3.99 | $19.95 |
| Total | 15 | $36.95 |
Check that the exact 22-count fruit snacks qualify for the $3.99 Mega price, the daily digital coupon, and both Fetch offers. Do not substitute a different count or variety without rescanning it.
Coupon and Rebate Steps
- Fruit-snack coupon: Clip the 20% offer on October 28 and redeem by October 31. The published limit is five eligible items in one transaction (coupon details).
- Progresso Ibotta: Submit $0.50 per soup, five times, for $2.50.
- General Mills cereal Ibotta: Submit $1 on the qualifying pair.
- Chex Ibotta: Submit $1 on the qualifying three boxes.
- General Mills Fetch: Earn 11,250 points for spending $30 on qualifying products, estimated at $8.33.
- Fruit-snack Fetch: Earn a separate 1,750 points for spending $7 on qualifying fruit snacks, estimated at $1.30.
Only one award from each Fetch offer is counted here. Confirm both offers can apply, all listed varieties are eligible, and the app's qualifying spend reaches $30 after any required adjustments.
Corrected Basket Math
If the 20% coupon applies to all five $3.99 fruit-snack boxes at their Mega prices, the discount is $3.99, before any item-level rounding. That leaves $32.96 at checkout, which is still $2.96 above the $30 Fetch threshold if all products qualify.
| Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|
| 15-item Mega subtotal | $36.95 |
| 20% of $19.95 in eligible fruit snacks | −$3.99 |
| Estimated checkout before tax | $32.96 |
| Ibotta rebates | −$4.50 |
| General Mills Fetch value | −$8.33 |
| Fruit-snack Fetch value | −$1.30 |
| Estimated net for 15 products | $18.83, about $1.26 each |
If Kroger rounds the discount separately on each box to $0.80, the total discount is $4 and the net becomes $18.82. These are calculated estimates, not a guarantee of how the register will apply the percentage coupon.
If your actual coupon discount is $3.20, checkout would instead be $33.75, and the same listed rebates produce a $19.62 net, about $1.31 per product. Check the discount on the register screen before paying rather than relying on a $16.03 basket total.
Without the 20% coupon, this basket is $36.95 at checkout and $22.82 after the same listed rewards. If the $8.33 General Mills reward is unavailable, the standard $18.83 estimate rises to $27.16 even when the other offers apply.
The Separate $0.99 Sale: Buy Five or More
Buy five or more products included in this promotion to get the $0.99 price. Mix and match within the participating list, but keep this minimum separate from the buy-three Mega Event.
Birds Eye, Hunt's, or RO*TEL: $0.49 Each
- Buy: Two qualifying Birds Eye frozen vegetables, Hunt's diced tomatoes, or RO*TEL canned tomatoes at $0.99 each, $1.98 total.
- Coupon: Use the $1-off-two digital coupon on the qualifying pair.
- Net: $0.98 for two, $0.49 each.
The coupon applies to the eligible pair, not automatically to every pair in your basket. Add at least three more participating $0.99-sale products to reach the five-item minimum.
Nissin Hot & Spicy Ramen Noodle Soup
- Buy: One eligible product for $0.99 with the five-item sale minimum met.
- Ibotta: Submit for $0.10 back.
- Net: $0.89.
Nissin Stir Fry Noodle Cups
- Buy: One eligible product for $0.99 with the five-item sale minimum met.
- Ibotta: Submit for $0.05 back.
- Net: $0.94.

A Five-Item $3.80 Basket
One easy example is two qualifying vegetables or tomatoes, one Nissin Hot & Spicy soup, one Nissin Stir Fry cup, and one participating Knorr side. That gives you five items without adding a separate Mega product that may not count.
| Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|
| Five sale items at $0.99 | $4.95 |
| $1-off-two vegetable/tomato digital coupon | −$1.00 |
| Pay before tax | $3.95 |
| Nissin Hot & Spicy Ibotta rebate | −$0.10 |
| Nissin Stir Fry Ibotta rebate | −$0.05 |
| Net for five products | $3.80 |
The example assumes all five exact products are included in your store's sale and both Nissin rebates are available. You can substitute another eligible $0.99 item for the Knorr side without changing the example's total.
