Kroger Deals Breakdown (08/26): 20 Deals With a FREE $5.99 Creamer, $0.49 Protein Pasta, 3 BOGO Rebate Stacks, and a 12-Item $0.99 Sale
20 DealsKroger this week has a completely free $5.99 Starbucks creamer, protein pasta at $0.49 a box, three BOGO deals with rebates stacked on both units, and a 12-item $0.99 sale. Buy one of everything and $69.39 of sale-priced groceries comes down to $47.26.
Kroger has four separate sales running at once this week, and the overlap is where the good prices live. There's a completely free $5.99 Starbucks creamer, Brami protein pasta at $0.49 a box, three BOGO deals with rebates on both units, and a 12-item $0.99 sale to pick from.
Buy one of everything below and $69.39 of already-sale-priced groceries comes down to $47.26 after $20.63 of rebates and $1.50 of coupons — about 32% off the sale prices, before you count whatever the regular shelf prices were.
The standouts: $0.49 protein pasta, a $0.49 protein kit, $0.75 seasoning packets, and $0.99 cake mix.

Before You Shop
Three of this week's sales have a minimum. Miss it and you pay more per item, so know them before you get to the register:
- 📅 Weekly Digital Deals — Clip the coupon in the Kroger app first. Each one works up to five times in a single transaction. These are Kroger store coupons, so you can stack a manufacturer coupon or rebate on top.
- 🎉 Mega Event — Buy 3 or more participating items to get the sale prices. Mix and match freely; they don't have to be the same product. Buy fewer than 3 and you pay $2 more per item.
- 💲 $0.99 Sale — Buy any 5 or more participating items and they're $0.99 each. Mix and match across the whole list. > One important catch on digital coupons: not every Kroger digital coupon is a store coupon. If it's a manufacturer coupon, you cannot stack another coupon on top of it. Check the fine print before you plan a stack.

A 48 oz tub of name-brand ice cream for $1.60 by stacking two apps on one receipt. The Kroger ice cream digital deal above is $1.99, so this one is actually cheaper than the store brand this week.

- 🟠 Submit the $0.50 Ibotta rebate (x2 = $1)
- Net Price: $3.99 for both ($2.00 each) > The trick on all three BOGO deals is the same: the free item still counts as a purchase, so the Ibotta rebate submits twice. That takes $6 off the three BOGO baskets combined. Always check whether a rebate has a x2 limit before you assume it — all three of these do.
🎉 Mega Event — Buy 3 or More
Every price in this section requires buying 3 or more participating mega event items. Mix and match across the list. The five deals below already get you there on their own.

💲 The $0.99 Sale — Buy Any 5 or More
Buy any 5 or more items from this sale and every one is $0.99. Mix and match freely. Five items for $4.95 is the floor. These are the best picks included this week:
- Heinz Yellow Mustard 14 Oz
- Kraft BBQ Sauce 18 Oz
- Hunt's Pasta Sauce 24 Oz
- Early California Sliced Olives 2.25 Oz
- Pillsbury Frosting or Cake Mix
- Jell-O Pudding or Gelatin Mix
- Kind Protein MAX Bar
- Campbell's Condensed Sauces 10.5 Oz
- Chef Boyardee Skillet Meals
- Manwich Sauce
- Blue Bonnet Stick Margarine
- Bird's Eye Steamfresh Vegetables (select varieties)
This is the easiest pantry stock-up of the week — mustard, BBQ sauce, pasta sauce, and Manwich are all shelf-stable for a year or more. A Kind Protein MAX bar for $0.99 is the outlier here, since those normally run well over $2.

| Total | $22.13 | — |
Ibotta is doing 62% of the work this week across nine separate deals, and three of those submit twice thanks to the BOGO offers. Add the free creamer rebate and two sources account for $19.74 of the $22.13.
Rebate Apps You'll Need
- Ibotta — $13.75 across nine deals here. Add every offer to your account before you check out, then scan the receipt.
- Fetch — Just snap the receipt. The $0.89 value assumes cashing 1,200 points toward a $5 Kroger gift card.
- Starbucks at-home rebate portal — Brand-run, submitted on their site rather than in an app. Keep that receipt separate so you don't forget it.
- Kellanova printable coupons — Print the $1 off 2 Pop-Tarts coupon at home before your trip.
New to Kroger Deal Stacking?
Kroger lets you layer savings in a specific order, and the order is what makes these prices possible:
1. Clip your digital deals and coupons first. They only apply if they're on your card before the transaction rings up. Nothing can be added afterward.
2. Hit the event minimum. Mega event prices need 3+ participating items and the $0.99 sale needs 5+. The register won't warn you if you're short — you'll just pay more.
3. Stack a manufacturer coupon on a store coupon. Weekly digital deals are Kroger store coupons, so a manufacturer coupon can ride on top. Two manufacturer coupons on one item is not allowed.
4. Hand over printables at the register. Paper manufacturer coupons like the Pop-Tarts one are given to the cashier, not clipped.
5. Submit rebates last. Ibotta, Fetch, and brand portals all read your receipt after the fact, so they stack on top of everything above with no conflict.
Tips for This Week
- The free $5.99 creamer is a limit of one submission. If you already did this rebate at Walmart last week, you cannot do it again at Kroger.
- Weekly digital deals clip five times each. That's five $0.99 cake mixes or five $1.99 frozen meals in one transaction if you want to stock up.
- Check whether a digital coupon is a store or manufacturer coupon. Store coupons stack with manufacturer coupons; manufacturer coupons don't stack with each other.
- On all three BOGO deals, submit the Ibotta rebate twice. The free item still counts as a purchase, which is worth $6 across the three.
- Reese's ice cream at $1.60 undercuts the Kroger store brand at $1.99 this week. Rare, and worth taking.
- Buy 3+ mega event items or you pay $2 more each. The five mega deals listed here clear the minimum on their own.
- The $0.99 sale needs 5 items minimum — grab mustard, BBQ sauce, pasta sauce, Manwich, and a Jell-O mix and you're done for $4.95.
- Brami and Greenfield are both still $0.49 and carried over from last week. If you skipped them, this is your second chance.
- Print the Kellanova Pop-Tarts coupon before you go. No printer, no $1.79 price.
- Everything above is measured off this week's sale prices, not the regular shelf prices — so your actual savings versus a normal week are higher than the 32% shown.
