BOGO Deals
Buy one, get one free sales work differently depending on your Kroger store. At some stores, you buy one at full price and the second rings up free. At others, you only have to buy ONE and it rings up at 50% off. Check the Kroger app- if it says "Buy One, Get One Free," you need two. If it just shows a half-off price, you only need one. This matters because you cannot use a coupon on an item that rings up as free.
NOTE: "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" and "Buy 2 Get 3 Free" work the same at all stores. You actually have to buy the required amount. The difference only applies to Buy 1, Get 1 Free deals.

Tyson Heat N' Go Cups are new to the BOGO section at $1.50 each after Ibotta. The reset deals from last week are still running strong -- Kellogg's Cereals at $1.60 each for 5 boxes is still incredible.
5X Digital Event Deals
With these deals, you need to clip the Kroger "5X Digital Coupon" found in the Kroger app or website. These are store coupons that can be used up to five times in one transaction. They stack with manufacturer coupons and rebate apps for even more savings.
- Buy (1) Blue Diamond Simple Almond Milk at $3.99

- Net Price: $1.25
- NOTE: There is a $2 Ibotta rebate available for Sargento Cheese Bakes, but that specific rebate states you cannot combine it with other coupons. Since we are already using the $2 manufacturer digital coupon, we cannot stack the Ibotta rebate with it. However, you can still submit the Fetch rebate. The 5X digital is a store coupon, so it stacks with either option. If you want to skip the $2 manufacturer digital and just use the $2 Ibotta rebate plus the 5X coupon, that works too -- the net price would be similar.

The 5X section is loaded this week. Blue Diamond Almond Milk at 49 cents is a highlight -- $1 5X coupon plus a $2.50 Ibotta rebate does the heavy lifting. Pop Tarts Stuffed at 99 cents is a fun new find with the peelie coupon. The reset deals are still running strong if your store has stock, especially the 14-cent clearance Pop Tarts.
Rebate Apps You Need for These Deals
- Ibotta -- The workhorse of this week's haul. Used for Frito Dips, Lipton Tea, Dannon Yogurt, Cesar Dog Food, Tyson Cups, Blue Diamond Almond Milk, Skippy, Post Peebles, Lactaid, and Follow Your Heart.
- Fetch -- Scan your receipt for bonus points on Sargento Cheese Bakes.
- Swagbucks -- No Swagbucks deals this specific week, but always worth having installed for future Kroger runs.
- Merryfield -- Used for the Beechnut Oaty Bites moneymaker. Download the app and scan your receipt for points.
New to Couponing?
If this is your first time stacking deals at Kroger, here is your quick starter guide:
- Download the Kroger app and create an account. All digital coupons are clipped through the app or website. Link your Kroger Plus card so coupons apply automatically at checkout.
- Clip all relevant digital coupons before you shop. Go through each deal section and clip every coupon you plan to use. Digital coupons are one-time use unless noted otherwise.
- Check whether your store does true BOGO or 50% off. This determines how many items you need to buy and whether coupons work on the free item.
- Download Ibotta and Fetch. Activate offers before you shop, then scan your receipt after checkout.
- For the 5X digital event, clip the 5X coupons before checkout. These are store coupons that stack with manufacturer coupons. You can use them up to five times in one transaction.
- OTC offers are new but easy. Click the link for each deal, follow the short setup steps, and scan the barcode at the register when you are ready to pay. The discount deducts right at checkout.
Tips for This Week's Kroger Run
- OTC offers work at Kroger too. The Lipton Tea and Beechnut Oaty Bites moneymakers both use OTC offers that deduct at the register. Follow the setup instructions in each deal above.
- The Dannon yogurt bonus requires two specific purchases. Buy one Birthday Cake flavor and one other flavor to trigger the $0.50 Ibotta bonus on top of the individual $0.25 rebates.
- Hellmann's Mayo is 75 cents at a half price store. If your store does 50% off BOGOs, you only need one jar and the $2 digital coupon brings it way down.
- Check for Pop Tarts peelie coupons. The Pop Tarts Stuffed deal uses a $1 coupon attached directly to the product. Look for the peel-off coupon on the box before you grab it.
- The Sargento Cheese Bakes Ibotta rebate has a restriction. You cannot combine the $2 Ibotta rebate with the $2 manufacturer digital coupon. Use the digital coupon plus Fetch, or skip the digital and use Ibotta instead.
- Kellogg's Cereals Buy 2 Get 3 Free is still running. Five boxes for $1.60 each with the WK Kellogg's printable coupon. Stock up if you missed it last week.
- Print your coupons ahead of time. Several deals use Kellanova and WK Kellogg's printable coupons. Hit the links before you head to the store.
